IT Business Analyst Treasury/Financial Markets

We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Business Analyst – Treasury and Financial Markets.

Your duties will include:

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes in Trading and FI Distribution areas.

• System Design Support: Collaborate with system analysts to design integration solutions and target system architecture, including data migration and system connectivity planning.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams (front office, back office, risk), IT departments, and external vendors.

• Implementation Support: Actively assist in the rollout of new processes, including solution testing and validation.

• Product Knowledge Sharing: Provide insights into financial instruments such as derivatives, FX, and fixed income products.

• System Expertise: Offer guidance on the use of front office, trading, and post-trade systems to support product operations.

• Documentation: Prepare business documentation including product procedures, policies, and user manuals.

Requirements that must be met:

• Integration Project Experience: Proven track record in system integration, data migration, or architecture transformation projects within the banking sector.

• Treasury Product Knowledge: Familiarity with instruments such as bonds, IRS, CIRS, FX options, and interest rate derivatives.

• System Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of at least one front office or trading platform (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Condor).

• Interbank Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with platforms like Bloomberg ALLQ, MarketAxess, or Tradeweb.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and propose effective solutions.

• Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders effectively.

• English and Polish Fluency: Excellent command of English and Polish, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• M&A Experience: Background in banking merger and acquisition projects.

• Modeling Tools: Familiarity with Enterprise Architect.

• Process Modeling: Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation.
