People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner (EU institution), we are looking for : Identity and Access Management Engineer to join the team and support the administration and monitoring of our IAM systems, hybrid work inWarsaw office.
Your duties will include:
- Administration and monitoring of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, specifically Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Provide second-line support for IAM, identity systems, and federation services.
- Identify IAM risks and recommend measures to mitigate them.
- Participate in standby duty (on-call rotation) for 24/7 support for IAM services.
- Collaborate closely with other teams in the infrastructure, network, and systems sectors.
- Develop and implement best practices for IAM services and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Support development teams across growing development, UAT, and production environments in IAM-related services and processe
Requirements that must be met:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Microsoft Identity Manager engineer/administrator.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in object identity lifecycle automation in Active Directory Domain Services and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Experience configuring, customising and troubleshooting Microsoft Identity Manager Portal and Sync Engine.
- Experience of writing specifications, concept papers, end-user documentation and technical documentation; communicating effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Sense of initiative and responsibility for assigned areas of work
- Very good English and Polish (B2)
