DevOps Lead (GCP)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for DevOps Lead (GCP)

Your duties will include:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing environments

• Manage DevOps practices across GCP and on-prem environments

• Enable automated test execution within pipelines for SIT, regression, and UAT

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to integrate DevOps practices into testing processes

• Monitor and optimize environment performance, reliability, and scalability

• Enforce best practices in version control, branching, and release management

Requirements that must be met:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and on-premises infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, Groovy)

• Exposure to QA/test automation integration within CI/CD pipelines

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English and Polish
