Your responsibilities:
You are the central contact person for your products including complete responsibility - from vision to roadmap to implementation - and develop solutions that are business relevant and user-centered
You know your KPIs and measure the success of your products based on outcomes with a clear business and user impact in order to continuously develop existing products further
You are part of an autonomous Product Trinity (together with the Business Owner and the Technical Owner) and together with the development team you implement the best solution
As a Product Owner, you prioritize, give the team clear direction and at the same time are an active part of technical discussions
In the core loyalty environment, you design standardized core assets and services that enable other domains to integrate loyalty functionalities faster, more efficiently and with less complexity
You manage internal stakeholders, understand their requirements and translate them into clear product visions, user stories and technical requirements
You are the interface between business, data, tech, analytics and ensure that everyone pulls together
Your Profile:
You have several years of sound professional experience as a product owner and have a sound technical understanding, i.e. you know how systems work end-to-end
You feel particularly comfortable working with backend and data topics (e.g. data flows, data models, interfaces), but also have a clear understanding of user needs and can think about frontend aspects from a user-centered perspective
You enjoy thinking strategically, penetrating complex contexts and translating them into clear solutions
You are characterized by a hands-on mentality - you actively accompany your products from the idea to the user story to the go-live and work closely with your agile team
You are strong in stakeholder management, can classify different perspectives, mediate and develop viable solutions
Very good English skills round off your profile
