We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Category Manager.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of category strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help analyze market trends, manage product data, and contribute to the overall performance of our product categories.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business goals and market trends

• Assist in analyzing sales data, customer insights, and market research to identify opportunities for category growth

• Maintain and process product and pricing data with product team, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Digital Product teams to ensure category alignment across departments

• Monitor category performance and contribute to the preparation of regular reports and recommendations

• Help coordinate product launches and promotional activities within assigned categories

What We Expect from You:

• Experience in products portfolio management (+2 years)

• Fluency in Polish and confidence in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, grate analytical skills

• practical knowledge about product management methods

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a structured and process-oriented environment

• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with the team

• Ability to navigate and efficiently use digital tools, databases, and product management systems

• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

• friendly with AI
