Project Manager – Automotive Sector – Remote

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support backend software development within the EV Products domain. The role involves both tactical delivery execution and long-term strategic planning, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Program Increment (PI) planning and execution for quarterly objectives.

• Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure compliance with scope and timelines.

• Coordinate the work of two backend teams (9–10 members each) in cooperation with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and QA.

• Ensure alignment across backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams.

• Translate product vision into multi-year roadmaps and delivery plans.

• Provide regular reporting (SteerCo, Head of IT&D) and visualize key data for stakeholders.

• Manage KPIs, risks, and project issues.

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with stakeholders in Belgium, Italy, Greece, and Poland.

• Moderate meetings and ensure effective collaboration across international divisions.

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects (Agile/Scrum preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Office 365 (Teams, Outlook).

• Experience working in large, complex environments with international stakeholders.

• Proven ability to handle both delivery execution and long-term planning.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
