Data Engineer (NXJ-84)

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Data Engineer to join a fast-moving team building modern, cloud-scale data and BI solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models that transform raw data into trusted insights. You’ll deliver high-performance, scalable data infrastructure that powers reporting and analytics across the organization—helping teams make faster, smarter, and more reliable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of scalable and efficient Data Pipelines and Models

• Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure efficient loading of data from various sources

• Implement best practices for data pipelines, data warehouse and database performance tuning

• Execute end-to-end BI and data engineering solutions using leading frameworks and technologies

• Serve as the primary Data focal point for internal customers

• Write high-quality, maintainable code in a rich data environment

• Work closely with Product, R&D, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of BI and Data solutions

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent background

• 3+ years of prior experience as a BI Engineer or Data Engineer

• Experience building cloud-scalable, real-time and high-performance data infrastructure and pipelines solutions

• Excellent proficiency in Python or Airflow – must

• Proficient in data modeling, ETL development and DWH methodologies 

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or similar DB

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices – big advantage
