This is what YOUR future team does:
As part of our four-person IT team, you'll join a Lead Software Architect, two IIoT Azure & .NET Developers, and an intern in enabling neustark's mission to combat climate change. Our team is critical in connecting and monitoring CO2 capture & storage plants through IoT solutions, while building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers our certification process and business operations.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- Drive IT excellence by providing first-line support to our team members across Switzerland & Germany, primarily through remote assistance with occasional on-site visits. You'll troubleshoot everything from software issues to hardware configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Manage our Microsoft 365 environment, including administration of SharePoint/document structures, and ensure best practices in information architecture and collaboration.
- Take ownership of our IT infrastructure, including managing our device fleet (laptops, mobile devices), user accounts, printer management, and collaboration platforms. You'll optimize our tech stack to enhance team productivity and cross-border collaboration.
- Lead our identity and access management processes - from creating new user accounts and managing access rights to handling offboarding procedures and refurbishing equipment from departing team members.
- Strengthen our security posture by monitoring and qualifying risky sign-ins, managing email quarantine policies, and implementing device management policies.
- Create and execute smooth onboarding experiences for new team members, including hardware setup, software configuration, and initial system training.
- Maintain our office network infrastructure and support local IT needs across our locations.
- Collaborate with other teams on app rollout projects, contributing to the implementation of tools (such as Yokoy and HubSpot).
- Build and maintain documentation for our IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.
