We’re seeking a new Head of Business Development who will oversee a team of 13 while also independently managing the entire sales cycle.
Compensation structure:
Business Contract (B2B): from PLN 25,000 net + VAT + PLN 10,000 (Management Contract); or
Employment Contract (UoP): from PLN 29,000 (gross).
Annual bonus.
Stock options plan.
Requirements
Ready to apply? First, check if you have:
Experience in a similar role in a 400+ people software services company.
Experience in growing and managing a successful business development team of 10+ people.
Hands-on experience in selling custom software development services in project-based and team augmentation models.
A proven track record in new business as an individual contributor, leading full sales cycles.
Experience in managing relationships with enterprise customers: executing account strategies, proactive pitching, building networks within accounts.
A proven track record in Inbound & Outbound Sales.
Experience in executing portfolio strategy and account growth plans to grow business YoY.
A great command of English: at least C1+ CEFR; a good command of Polish would be preferred.
An ability to achieve ambitious goals in an agile, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
An ability to hold people accountable while staying empathetic and committed to helping your team members develop.
Optimism, entrepreneurial mindset, and can-do attitude.
