We are looking for (Senior) Product Manager with Polish for financial services.

• Required skills: product management experience in fintech/banking area, Polish language proficiency.
• We offer: 100% remote work, flextime & flexplace, dev-friendly processes, long-term collaboration.
• Freelance assignment: full-time, 7-8 months, B2B contract.
• Hiring internally on CoE/B2B basis is also possible.

As a Product Manager you would:

• Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management;
• Experience working in fintech or banking industry in product management area;
• Expert knowledge of product management processes;
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to make decisions and measure product success;
• Ability to take on strategic projects that span multiple squads and various stakeholders;
• Ability to identify metrics & KPIs for a product that you're building;
• Ability to communicate broad and specific progress and concepts to various stakeholders including executives, team members, and customers;
• Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features, ;
• Excellent communication skills and being the team player;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Experience in agile methodology environment (at least 2 years);
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written (C1+),
• Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies are the added value.
