We are looking for AI Engineer with German:

• Hands-on experience with LLM prompting in real scenarios.

• Analytical, structured, experimentation-oriented.

• Comfortable working in German (B2+).

• Understands AI limitations and integration context.

• Clear communicator with strong critical thinking.

Location: European Union

Contract type: B2B only

Salary rate: 26-36€/h

Start date: 16/03/2026

End date: 12/05/2026

Project focus: Designing, testing, and optimizing prompts and AI-assisted workflows (LLMs), including German-language use cases.

Requirements

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source models).

• Understanding of:

  • Zero-shot / few-shot prompting

  • Chain-of-thought prompting

  • Role prompting

  • Structured output prompting (JSON schemas, formatting control)

  • Context window management

  • Prompt iteration and refinement

• Ability to:

  • Diagnose hallucinations

  • Reduce ambiguity in outputs

  • Improve output consistency

  • Design evaluation criteria for response

• Basic understanding of:

  • APIs

  • JSON

  • Structured data

  • Model parameters (temperature, top_p, max_tokens)

• Familiarity with:

  • Prompt frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex – nice to have)

  • AI workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc. – optional)

  • Versioning prompts and documenting changes

• Soft Skills:

  •  Precision & Clarity
