The kind of work we do

Depending on the project, our AI Engineers get involved in:

• GenAI backends & agentic systems: Building production-ready AI backends, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows that automate real business processes.

• LLM integration & optimisation: Working with embeddings, reranking, and prompt engineering. Measuring quality, latency, and cost impact of model changes.

• Business process automation: Translating complex business problems into AI-driven workflows — orchestrating computations, summarising data, delivering recommendations through conversational interfaces.

• ML & data solutions: Predictive pipelines, classifiers, computer vision systems — tailored to client needs.

• DevOps for AI: CI/CD, monitoring, observability, backups — keeping production AI systems healthy.

• Client collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders to understand problems and deliver value iteratively.

• International teamwork: Distributed, cross-functional teams across Europe, in Agile/Scrum environments.

Who we'd like to meet:

• Production experience: You have built AI systems that work in real environments — not just proofs of concept.

• Python proficiency: Strong Python skills for analytical problem-solving, building services, and cloud deployment.

• GenAI & LLM ecosystem: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures, and prompt engineering in a business context.

• Data & ML skills: Comfortable with the standard data stack (pandas, numpy) and ML frameworks. Computer vision experience is a plus.

• Business mindset: You understand that technology serves a purpose. You navigate ambiguity, move fast, and focus on value.

• Communication: English at a B2-C1 level — our projects are often international.

• Nice to have: Java, React, MS SQL, Azure AI Services, MS Office integrations.

• You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here.
