Jira Administrator

We are looking for a Jira Administrator to join a new project aimed at expanding and maintaining Atlassian tools (Jira Data Center, Confluence, Jira Cloud). The role includes configuration, user management, integrations, automation, and dashboard/report creation, as well as participation in the migration to Jira Cloud.

Your responsibilities

• Configuration and administration of Jira Data Center and Cloud instances

• Granting access to Jira/Confluence in accordance with team procedures

• Implementing project changes requested by users, following Atlassian best practices and team agreements

• Troubleshooting issues

• Creating dashboards and reports

• Creating and maintaining automations

• Maintaining technical documentation

• Participating in team meetings (e.g., work planning)

Our requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administering Jira, Jira Service

• Management, and Confluence (Cloud/Data Center), including configuration, user management, and integration with other tools

• Experience working with development and business teams, with a good understanding of their needs and requirements

• Very good knowledge of JQL, with the ability to create dashboards and report

• Experience working with REST API interfaces

• Familiarity with ScriptRunner and writing scripts in Groovy

• Basic administration skills in Linux and Microsoft Active Directory

• Competence in IT security and systems management

• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Experience with system integrations

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
