IT Software Order Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced specialist to manage end-to-end software order processes and ensure smooth, compliant operations across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle full software order lifecycle: entry, validation, renewals, invoice checks, chargebacks.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and payments.

• Coordinate with SAM, Finance, Business Control, and Contract Management.

• Provide updates on order status, timelines, and resolve operational issues.

• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely problem resolution.

• Prepare basic reports on order status and trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software/IT order management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT

• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Excel (Power BI is a plus)

• Excellent English

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
