We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of IT Support Consultant. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users. Installing, configuring, and updating software and computer hardware
- Providing remote and on-site support to company employees. Maintaining technical documentation and reporting incidents
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the continuity of IT systems operations
- Managing IT equipment logistics, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory
- Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and planning its replacement or repair
- Operating the contact center, including handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving customer issues
Our requirements
- Secondary or higher education, preferred fields: IT, telecommunications, or related areas
- Fluent knowledge of Polish language
- 1 year of experience in a similar position will be an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and high personal culture
- Knowledge of the English language
- Ability to manage IT equipment and experience in logistics will be an additional asset
