More about this opportunity
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Natek’s team, support a banking company and provide on-site technical assistance to end users. This role involves hands-on support with hardware, software and IT environments, including onboarding and user training.
Your responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site users requiring IT support, ensuring high responsiveness and professionalism.
Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, installations, replacements, and configurations.
Deliver IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) services.
Initiate and manage Break/Fix procedures for hardware, coordinating replacements and repairs as necessary.
Conduct onboarding sessions and training for end users on standard desktop environments and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related incidents, including client-specific applications.
Maintain awareness of the customer’s IT infrastructure, tools, and specific environments.
Support customer-specific software and coordinate with relevant teams for deeper technical issues.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.
Participate in weekly service review meetings and ensure continuous alignment with service expectations.
Ensure all incidents and activities are logged and tracked per established processes
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
Hands-on experience in L1/L2 support.
Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOs, Microsoft Office and ITSM tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent English
