About the project
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead the deployment of HR tools for one of Natek’s customers in banking industry. This hybrid role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities, focusing on delivering strategic HR IT solutions.
You will coordinate the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process design to stakeholder coordination, testing, and final deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformation and innovation in HR processes within a structured, collaborative and regulated corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR tools, ensuring alignment with product owner’s criteria of success.
- Conduct business analysis of current (“as-is”) HR processes and design the desired future state (“to-be”).
- Define and manage the product backlog and project roadmap, ensuring clear milestones and success criteria.
- Coordinate and engage stakeholders for testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure full compliance with the project framework, delivering required documentation and using mandated tools.
- Organize and facilitate:
- Weekly planning meetings to define and track sprint goals.
- Weekly project touchpoints for status updates and issue resolution.
- Monthly steering committees to ensure visibility and alignment with sponsors.
- Track and report on costs, risks, and issues in a RAID format.
- Foster a collaborative, communicative, and adaptive project environment.
Requirements

5–10 years’ experience in HR IT project management and business analysis.
- Proven track record in HR software implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Understanding of core HR processes and best practices (payroll, benefits, recruitment, etc.).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, labor law).
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR or Polish solutions like Teta, Symfonia, Comarch.
- Familiarity with HR modules: payroll, personal administration, benefits, recruitment.
- Strong capability in gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and generating user stories and use cases and experience with business process reengineering and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in project planning, execution, and closure within a hybrid agile/waterfall environment and familiarity with project governance, milestone delivery, and risk management practices.
- Understanding of data migration, integration, and privacy compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
