Senior AQA Engineer

Join Our Team as an Automation QA Engineer!

We’re looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to help us shape the future of our cutting-edge site lifecycle management solution. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for automating and performance testing, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards while scaling our product.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing.
• Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks with Robot Framework’s keyword-driven approach.
• Write custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework for specific testing needs.
• Conduct load and performance testing using K6 to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Work closely with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices in automation and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards for test code quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development process.
• Maintain and generate detailed reports, logs, and performance metrics.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in web application testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation QA, especially using Robot Framework.
• Strong proficiency in using K6 for load testing and performance analysis.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Octopus, TeamCity, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with test management systems.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python or Java for scripting.
• Familiarity with MS Azure is a plus.
