🌍 The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced AI Engineer to join our international team. This role is centered around deploying production-ready GenAI solutions using LangChain, LangFlow, and vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas, Pinecone, or Astra DB.

You’ll be working across infrastructure, orchestration, and frontend integration — building agent frameworks, retrieval systems, and workflow logic that power actual client-facing systems.

🔍 What You’ll Work On

• Designing and deploying modular pipelines using LangChain (agents, memory, routing, tools)
• Implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) via vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas, Pinecone, or Astra DB
• Building workflow orchestration and agent logic with LangFlow
• Integrating AI services and outputs into web-based tools using JavaScript (e.g., React, Node.js)
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver working AI features
• Maintaining performance, security, and traceability across all GenAI components

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience working with LangChain in production environments
• Practical use of LangFlow for managing and visualizing LLM workflows
• Proficiency with vector search platforms (MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Pinecone, Astra DB, or similar)
• Strong JavaScript background and experience integrating AI features into internal tools or front-end interfaces
• A solid grasp of AI architecture, prompt design, and operational scalability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work async with global teams

🧠 Bonus Points For

• Experience building AI tools in SaaS or marketing operations environments
• Familiarity with embedding optimization, LangGraph, or multi-agent design
• Involvement in integrating GenAI into design systems, dashboards, or internal portals

🕐 Working Hours
