We are looking for the experienced Delivery Manager to join our new team. As Delivery Manager you will be part of the Engineering Operations team, within Engineering Productivity and will play a critical role in ensuring the effective rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the engineering organization. This role will be primarily responsible for change management, incident management, and business process control, with a focus on driving consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. The Deliver Manager will partner with engineering leadership, product, and platform teams to ensure processes are adopted, monitored, and reported against measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Process Ownership & Rollout
Lead organizational adoption of new processes, ensuring alignment with engineering and business priorities.
Drive continuous improvement cycles, identifying and addressing gaps in process efficiency or compliance.
● Change Management and Incident Management
Manage and coordinate change management processes across engineering systems and services.
Ensure processes are followed and act as process experts and support teams in specific process questions.
● Governance & Control
Establish reporting standards and control mechanisms to monitor adherence to defined processes.
Track key operational metrics (e.g., incident volume, change success rate, MTTR, SLA adherence).
Provide transparency to leadership through regular dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
● Stakeholder Management
Act as a central point of coordination between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate operational reviews, runbooks, and readiness activities.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Must have experience
Proven experience in engineering operations, IT service management, or business operations, ideally within a technology or SaaS company.
Strong background in ITIL, DevOps, or SRE practices, particularly in change and incident management.
Experience driving process rollout, adoption, and compliance across distributed teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Tableau, Looker Studio.
Nice to have experience
Certification in ITIL, Agile, or Lean practices.
Experience in a cloud-based engineering environment (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks.
