Product Manager

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

As a Product Manager you help drive the next-level evolution of Keepit’s service. You will work closely with Product Designers and Developers to continuously improve and enhance our product offering and deliver value to our customers and business. Commercial sense paired with a collaborative mindset will be key to launching customer-centric products with business impact. With a deep understanding of your product area of responsibility, you will help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

You will:

• Own and drive assigned elements of our product from a product management point of view.

• With customer and/or business problems front and center, continuously validate value throughout the product development process.

• Focus on the customer’s needs; what they need, why they need it, and in what business context. In general, being the customer’s voice throughout the product development process.

• Create and maintain product documentation to support alignment, development and communication.

• Build a thorough understanding of trends in the market and competitive landscape as input to product development and positioning decisions.

• Help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

• Investigate and identify the commercial aspects related to our product developments and how we can support our business through product growth.

• Ensure product releases achieve maximum business impact through successful Go-To-Market planning, including sales and marketing activities.

• Define KPIs for new product initiatives and features and use analysis to track usage and business success post launch.

• Present / sell / storytell to Keepit’s commercial teams, as well as to key customers and partners.

About you

Skills & Experience:

• Product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products.

• Ability to translate customer and business needs into functional requirements.

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.

The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
