SAP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation initiatives within an international and multicultural environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and hands-on SAP delivery experience.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience as an SAP Project or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments

• Proven track record of delivering at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.

• Direct experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects – mandatory.

• Strong financial and budget management skills.

• Solid understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and the full program lifecycle.

• Prior consulting experience and hands-on SAP implementation background.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP).

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluent English (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel within Poland and across the EU.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of SAP technical architecture and system integrations.

• SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager (SAP Activate) certification.

• Experience managing external vendors on behalf of the client.

• Exposure to change management, business analysis, and process transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA programs – from planning through go-live and stabilization.

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring successful delivery.

• Manage distributed project teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Apply SAP Activate methodology and ensure alignment with best project management practices.

• Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and client teams.
