SAP PP/QM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in production planning and quality management, with hands-on experience across various SAP project types.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP PP in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

• Strong knowledge of production planning processes (MPS, MRP, capacity planning, scheduling).

• Experience with MES integration and interface configuration.

• Good understanding of SAP QM and SAP WM/EWM.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including differences from ECC, PP/DS features, and Fiori apps.

• Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, FI/CO.

• Familiarity with SAP PO, BTP, IDoc, API technologies.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead SAP PP and QM activities across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional designs and specifications.

• Configure SAP PP and QM solutions, including MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling.

• Integrate production processes with MES systems, ensuring smooth real-time data flow.

• Collaborate with related module teams (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM) to ensure seamless cross-functional processes.

• Participate in the full project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Prepare documentation for functional processes and development requests (ABAP).

• Work closely with international stakeholders and project teams.
