IT Business Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst on behalf of our client – an international insurance company operating across multiple European markets – to join their Commercial Business Transformation team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Business Transformation Product Owner and support both large-scale projects and smaller initiatives, particularly those involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Guidewire implementations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and system implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in producing analytical documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to visualise problems and ideas effectively.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
Understanding of Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance business.
Experience in CRM and ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, MS Power Tools, Guidewire, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements in close collaboration with technical teams.
Secure approval of development requirements from the Product Owner, business representatives, and technical teams.
Deliver high-quality project artefacts, including process maps, blueprints, gap analyses, presentations, product backlog items, and user stories.
Analyse application usage and quality, identify process inefficiencies and data quality issues, and propose effective solutions.
Work effectively within an Agile team environment.
Prepare clear documentation of developed solutions for end users.
Build and maintain super user–level knowledge of the applications to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
