Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a Full Stack Web Development background. The ideal candidate will manage technical projects, lead teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements: 

• Experience as a Technical Team Lead, managing and mentoring development teams.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack/ Web Developer.
• Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with web technologies like Angular and React
• Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Good knowledge of project managements methods,
• Experience with jira.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong client orientation, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English,
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in work related to software development,
• PSM/ CSM Certificate,
• Experience in Financial domain

Please note that the interview process is divided into four parts:

1. Technical phone screening~30 minutes
2. Technical interview~2 hours
3. Non-technical call with hiring manager~45 minutes
4. Optional: call with client for which you will be working
