Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality of solutions. This role involves coordinating project teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position (IT project/delivery manager)
• Good knowledge of project managements methods,
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development process and best practices
• Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and margin control. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
• Proven team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong client orientation, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English,
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in work related to software development,
• PSM/ CSM Certificate,
• Mentoring skill,
• Experience in Financial domain

Please note that the interview process is divided into four parts:

• Technical phone screening~30 minutes
• Technical interview~2 hours
• Non-technical call with hiring manager~45 minutes
• Optional: call with client for which you will be working
