Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team full-time, someone responsible for conducting workshops with clients, who understands the impact of business and technology on projects, and has a solid design portfolio.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in designing web and mobile products, Figma is your friend, and you like to share knowledge with your teammates - we have a job for you!

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI application design

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Illustrator, along with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Solid knowledge of design patterns, the ability to create style guides, and the ability to build and maintain design systems from scratch

• Experience in conducting workshops with clients using workshop methods

• Ability to deliver product presentations and create UX analyses and audits

• Confidence in using English, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level)

• Proactive and mature approach to the project process

• Ability to estimate your own work

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to articulate and justify your design decisions effectively

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Experience in user testing

• Skills in UI motion and animation

Responsibilities:

• Discover clients’ needs by facilitating workshops and conducting thorough research (with both Polish and foreign clients); researching, collecting, and evaluating user requirements

• Take responsibility for the full life-cycle design of products and features, including research, flows, mockups, implementation, and, occasionally, user testing

• Collaborate with project team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions

• Deliver tangible results in the form of effective and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that seamlessly combine form and function

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
