We are looking for Project Managers to join eCommerce project for one of our customer who is one of the leading multinational retail corporation. You will be responsible for managing the complex projects that require coordination between business side, end users, senior management, development, QA and production teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in Software Development projects with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with eCommerce or Retail projects
- Ability to prepare and build project plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures, with a sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation of multiple concurrent projects
- PMP certified will be an advantage
