Junior Business Analyst (internship)

Short introduction:

At mlnative, we're building products that help organizations replace labour-intensive and time-consuming tasks with automations based on machine learning solutions. We also offer consulting services for companies that are undergoing digital transformation processes.

We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will help us facilitate digital transformation that's happening in one of our clients. Soon, we will lunch a new machine learning project where you will be responsible for managing requirements, timelines and team.

You'll work across ecommerce, ERP, machine learning, process automation and heavy industry.

This is an opportunity to learn about business process, building SaaS products and applying most recent AI technologies in real life examples. It will be a lot of fun and new skills.

Your experience:

We're looking for a candidate who is at the beginning of their career as a Business Analyst.

This means you either have no prior professional experience but possess a strong foundational understanding of the role or you have worked in a similar position for e.g. 1-2 years and are now seeking a stable environment where you can learn and accelerate your professional development.

Your role:

You'll be our first Business Analyst partnering directly with our Founders to make sure that our clients will transform their operations successfully.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading e-commerce platform migration project.

• Initiating and leading ERP migration project.

• Managing communication with our clients and third-party vendors.

• Managing projects requirements, priorities and timelines.

• Co-leading one of our new AI/ML projects that will be lunched soon.

Your skills:

Must-have:

• You learn quickly.

• You take responsibility for your actions.

• You are not afraid of contacting other team members in your projects.

• You can run and moderate meetings.

• You know how to document project requirements and communicate them to team members.

• You know how to prioritize tasks.

• You use AI tools (like ChatGPT) on a daily basis.

• You're open to using new tools and technologies.

• Polish - native speaker

• English - B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• You've some knowledge or prior experience with implementing e-commerce products.

• You've some knowledge or prior experience with implementing ERP solutions.

• You've some knowledge or prior experience with the shipyard industry.

• You've some knowledge or prior experience with B2B SaaS.

• You have a driving license.

Bonus points for:

• programming skills

• hands-on experience with SQL.

• taking part in hackathons

• active membership in student organizations

Compensation:

We offer a compensation rate of 40 PLN gross per hour.

We provide all the necessary equipment.

Monthly availability: your availability is between 80 and 160 hours.

Initial period: we anticipate starting with ~ 120 hours per month.

Student flexibility: if you are a student, we offer a flexible schedule, but you must be available for at least 4 hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on a minimum of three days per week.

Long-term focus: this is a long-term commitment, not an typical internship that will end after 3 months. We are seeking a candidate to grow with us for the long term.
