Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive complex integration and workflow optimization projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring seamless delivery of study design, protocol generation, and system integration initiatives.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable integration requirements for technical teams.

• Define and document workflows, processes, and study protocols aligned with business operations.

• Analyze data exchange requirements across multiple platforms, including APIs, system interfaces, and data feeds.

• Review technical specifications, map data elements, and validate integration flows.

• Support end-to-end delivery of integration features by writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and workflow walkthroughs for business and technical audiences.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation and present proposals and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving system integration and multi-platform workflows.

• Strong understanding of data exchange methods, APIs, and system interfaces.

• Hands-on experience in designing user-driven workflows and optimizing business processes.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience in agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.

• Excellent documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
