Junior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice, where you will contribute to innovative projects that leverage automation and AI-powered solutions to drive business transformation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, processes and pain points
Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
Assist in the design, testing and deployment of Intelligent Automation solutions such as RPA, AI chatbots and predictive analytics
Support the development team to deliver solutions that meet business needs
Engage in upskilling opportunities in AI and prompt engineering to enhance project impact
Apply AI tools including natural language processing and GPT to complement process automation and data analysis
Participate in workshops, presentations and discussions with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Develop detailed process documentation, functional specifications and user stories
Recommend process improvements by leveraging insights from business analysis
Requirements
Up to 1 year of working experience in business analysis, automation or related fields
Basic understanding of AI and intelligent automation concepts or tools
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process evaluation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
Proactive attitude toward learning emerging technologies and methodologies
Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as natural language processing tools, prompt engineering or automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
Knowledge of business analysis frameworks methodologies or tools
Fluency in German
