Senior Product Designer

Hey there, trendsetters 👋! At Miquido, we transform bold business ideas into exceptional digital products that blow minds and capture hearts. We're on the hunt for a fearless and imaginative Product Designer to join our crew of creative design folks.

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• at least 5 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX fields or similar, documented with a strong portfolio and case studies (preferably demonstrating that you can design products based on business goals)
• experience in working with deadlines and budgets
• strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• exceptional written and spoken English and Polish (C1)
• interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of UI, UX, and product strategy
• experience in conducting workshops and/or usability tests

• you know how to make things move (motion, wow)
• maybe you have some branding talents
• you can surprise us with beautiful illustrations or 3D
• by any chance you’re also a Webflow expert

• understanding, advising and recommending business goals of a project
• gathering requirements based on stakeholders and co-create strategy for product, brand, UX and business
• mentoring our product designers and improving internal processes
• analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• planning and organising different types of workshops with clients
• conducting usability testing (online and onsite) and gathering feedback from product users
• using data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
• designing UX metrics and use analytics tools
• creating wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
• working closely with product, business, marketing and technology teams
• reviewing, improving and scaling existing products
