Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a LabX Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting European and Asian internal customers (MO's) and external customers (end customers) with LabX software🔬.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide chat, email and phone support to end-users, sales personnel and other LAB colleagues on LabX Software,
- Troubleshooting,
- Installing and updating system,
- Document and communicate quality issues to the appropriate teams, and facilitate resolutions for our customers,
- System requirement & instrument connectivity,
- Creation, extension and maintenance of knowledge database,
- Creating E-Learnings and videos.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience in technical support,
- Experience working with business customers (Empathy and finding solutions mindset),
- Active interest in IT and software.
Knowledge of:
- Windows Server/Client Operating Systems,
- Microsoft SQL Server databases,
- Microsoft Networking Fundamentals,
- Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP,
- Cloud-based solutions,
- Fluent communication in English (oral and written, C1).
