Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a LabX Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting European and Asian internal customers (MO's) and external customers (end customers) with LabX software🔬.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide chat, email and phone support to end-users, sales personnel and other LAB colleagues on LabX Software,
  • Troubleshooting,
  • Installing and updating system,
  • Document and communicate quality issues to the appropriate teams, and facilitate resolutions for our customers,
  • System requirement & instrument connectivity,
  • Creation, extension and maintenance of knowledge database,
  • Creating E-Learnings and videos.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical support or engineering role,
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written),
  • Knowledge of: Windows Server/Client Operating Systems, Microsoft Networking Fundamentals, Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP and SQL,
  • Strong customer service abilities (Empathy and finding solutions mindset),
  • Active interest in IT and software.
