Project Manager

what you'll do:

You'll be working with clients and teams in an agile way. Your goal will be to create the best value of the product, hand by hand with the stakeholders, by defining the concept, exploring the opportunities and risks, and defining the proper framework and toolbox for the product development process. You'll be coordinating and supporting your teams, being also a vital part of it.

who you are:

• you have at least 4 years of experience in project management, including not less than 2 years in any kind of web or mobile product development

• you have excellent ability to focus on a product's value by evaluating the scope, defining priorities, managing risks and making data-driven decisions

• you have excellent knowledge of frameworks/methodologies like Scrum, Kanban

• you have excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1)

• you have excellent communication and presentation skills

• you have problem-solving skills and an analytical mind

• you are mentor for others

what we'd like to see:

• professional Scrum Master(PSM II )/Product Owner certificate (PSPO II or higher) or other valuable :)

• practical experience in Jira and Confluence or equal set of tools

• experience in managing projects with various tech stacks

• experience in working for different industries

• experience in processes optimization
