Scrum Master & Delivery Lead

Location: 100% onsite (Warsaw)

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month

General Overview

Supporting the team in effectively applying the Scrum framework, removing impediments to the team’s work, and promoting Agile and SAFe values across the organization. Collaborating with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of valuable product increments. Additionally, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the schedule of the assigned workstream within the “Data Center Migration from Poland to Germany” project.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies

• Removing impediments: Identifying and eliminating blockers that hinder the team’s progress or negatively affect productivity. Identifying risk areas and critical situations and defining appropriate mitigation strategies

• Coaching and mentoring: Providing the team with support, guidance, and coaching on Agile principles and practices

• Team protection: Shielding the team from external disruptions and unnecessary interventions, allowing the team to focus on delivering high‑quality solutions during the sprint

• Promoting continuous improvement: Supporting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on current processes and introduce enhancements to increase work efficiency

• Motivating the Scrum team to ensure that development work is thoroughly documented in Jira—complete, up‑to‑date, and enabling effective management reporting, particularly ensuring visibility into work progress and status based on Jira data

• Collaboration with the Release Manager and Project Managers to define production deployment timelines for changes delivered within the PI

• Supporting the maintenance and development of Agile and SAFe methodology and tools supporting the software development lifecycle across the organization

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the schedule of the assigned workstream within the “Data Center Migration from Poland to Germany” project

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3–4 years)

• Experience as a Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager (minimum 3–4 years)

• Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe)

• Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM) are a strong plus

• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

• English language proficiency allowing effective, fluent communication

• Strong time‑management skills, both personal and team‑level

• Ability to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to identify risk areas and develop effective mitigation approaches
