IT Application Support Specialist

The Support Team is responsible for assisting business partners in using the PocketECG system, which is designed for long-term arrhythmia diagnostics.

We handle tasks submitted daily by our partners and support them in verifying reported issues—all to ensure that using the PocketECG system is smooth, effective, and helpful in diagnosing patients worldwide. In addition, we develop and continuously improve tools that automate customer support processes, system maintenance, and business data collection. We use Power BI to monitor data in production environments.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a role related to software problem solving or a similar position

• Knowledge of SQL – preferably PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk (or another ticketing system)

• Experience working with a ticketing system

• Ability to program in one of the object-oriented or scripting languages (C#, Java, Python, PowerShell) at a level enabling independent development of tools

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)

• Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service

• Strong analytical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the GIT version control system

• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML / JavaScript / CSS)

• Basic knowledge of the Azure Portal (Microsoft Entra ID, AAD)

• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. MDR)

• Experience working in a 24/7 shift-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Handling support requests – analyzing and resolving issues

• Automating support processes and developing scripts

• Developing server monitoring and enhancing the ticketing system

• Analyzing data from production environments

• Creating reports and data summaries for internal and external customers

• Daily communication with international clients from around the world in English
