Description:
Knowledge of business processes in the multiple areas of assignment across solutions. Participate in project phases including: testing; preparing for the support phase; roll-out; etc. Coach users in how to use the system in their jobs (build business methods for users). Help the delivery organization to report to the business about the support Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Good understanding of Integrations of associated applications demonstrate ability to analyse issues generated from Integrated and associated applications. Possess good understanding of DevOps priciples and mobilizes the teams to work in a DevOps setup as applicable.

- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Incident and Problem Management process
- Searching through SQL database
- Creating simple SQL queries containing different types of joins
- Good understanding of application integrations
- Experience with Bash Scripts
- Ability to move around through Bash console
- Basic Java knowledge and ability to read log files
- Experience in interacting with end-users
- Good understanding of DevOps principles
- Good cooperation skills
