We are looking for an experienced TIA Developer to join the client’s IT applications team, working on mission-critical insurance systems.

This is an opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives, deliver new insurance products, and optimise enterprise-scale systems in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the TIA insurance system using PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Forms

• Integrate the TIA platform with internal and external systems

• Participate in Agile Scrum team collaboration with developers, testers, and stakeholders

• Ensure performance, security, and stability of the TIA platform

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support upgrades and optimisations

• Document configurations, specifications, and implementation procedures

What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a TIA Developer with PL/SQL, Oracle, Oracle Forms

• Strong knowledge of the TIA insurance platform and system integrations

• Understanding of insurance processes (property and general insurance)

• Ability to design and implement customised solutions within TIA

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Experience in Agile environments

• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating TIA with external services and third-party applications

• Familiarity with modern development and security practices

• Understanding of data modelling and optimisation for large-scale systems
