ServiceNow Developer with GenAI

We are looking for experienced and collaborative ServiceNow Developers with strong expertise in business process mapping and building solutions on the ServiceNow platform – with a particular focus on AI capabilities (Now Assist Skills and Agents).

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and should be proficient in at least two of the following areas: ITOM, TPSM, CSM. Experience with Now Assist Skills and Agents as well as the ability to work closely with business teams is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and design solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

• Map business processes and propose improvements.

• Develop and implement intelligent workflows.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand and address their requirements.

• Deploy and test new functionalities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• Knowledge of at least two of the following areas: ITOM, TPSM, CSM.

• Hands-on experience with Now Assist Skills and Agents.

• Ability to design intelligent workflows.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially with business stakeholders.
