SAP Basis Consultant

Arc Consulting is a fast-growing consulting and IT services company, part of the Lyvia Group. We specialize in delivering business-critical solutions in SAP, Workday, automation, and IT-enabled transformations, working with leading retail and FMCG clients across Poland, Romania, and the wider European market.

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our SAP practice and support projects for international clients.

Your everyday impact:

• Take care of SAP systems administration, installation, configuration, and upgrades (SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA).

• Manage and optimise database environments (SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL).

• Monitor system performance, analyse issues, and ensure stability.

• Handle transports, system copies, and data recovery processes.

• Work on integrations with middleware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Make sure security and authorisation standards are met.

• Support migrations, upgrades, and new implementations in international projects.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues, sharing expertise and solving challenges together.

What makes you a great fit:

• University degree in IT/engineering or related area.

• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.

• Hands-on experience with installations, migrations, and system upgrades.

• Knowledge of integration platforms (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM MQ).

• Good knowledge of operating systems (UNIX/Linux, Windows).

• Confidence in monitoring, debugging, and optimising system performance.

• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, EWA, and monitoring tools.

• Very good English, both spoken and written.

• Communication and teamwork skills that make collaboration smooth.

Nice to have:

• SAP certifications.

• Scripting skills to automate repetitive tasks.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD in the SAP world.
