Technical Product Manager

Are you ready to own end-to-end delivery of GenAI use cases that move from idea to POC and production-ready MVP - fast, remotely, and with senior stakeholder exposure from day one?

We are looking for Technical Product Managers to support multiple GenAI programme within a strategic AI transformation engagement spanning three related enterprise streams. You will be the single accountable lead connecting business sponsors and technical teams and ensuring delivery discipline in a regulated, governance-heavy environment (traceability, security, and quality matter).

Key responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle delivery from requirements definition through POC, MVP, and early production stabilisation

• Translate business objectives into clear technical direction aligned with GenAI architecture patterns

• Produce structured documentation (e.g., requirements documents, business architecture documents) covering data sources, AI processing steps, validation logic, and outputs

• Define scope, prioritisation, and roadmaps across multiple AI streams

• Coordinate architects, backend engineers, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver cohesive solutions

• Ensure LLM integrations, retrieval logic, and agent workflows are aligned with measurable business value

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

• Prepare and lead executive demos and ensure transparency on progress, blockers, and decisions

• Support operational readiness, handover, and early support alignment during rollout

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in product management, technical programme management, or engineering leadership roles

• Strong conceptual understanding of GenAI and LLM-based systems

• Practical knowledge of RAG, agents, embeddings, vector databases, and data orchestration

• Experience delivering multi-component enterprise solutions (APIs, orchestration layers, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interfaces)

• Proven senior stakeholder management and ability to operate credibly with international leadership

• Ability to challenge scope constructively, reduce ambiguity for engineering teams, and maintain delivery discipline under tight timelines

• Comfort managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced delivery model
