System Analyst

Would you like to shape enterprise-grade digital banking solutions used by large corporate clients across Poland?

We are currently looking for a Senior System Analyst to join a long-term digital programme within the corporate banking sector. This is a mature, production-grade product with a multi-year roadmap and continuous delivery model, focused on mobile and electronic channels for corporate customers.

You will join a cross-functional Agile team building and continuously evolving scalable, secure and high-performance digital platforms that support payments, transactions and financial processes for large enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and refine business and functional requirements for corporate banking processes

• Design functional and system solutions, including processes, business rules and screen mock-ups

• Define and document integrations using SOA, Web Services and REST

• Contribute to technical design within a distributed microservices architecture

• Prepare and maintain integration documentation and API specifications (Swagger, YAML)

• Ensure security, scalability and performance standards aligned with regulated banking requirements

• Collaborate daily with developers, testers, architects, product owner and business stakeholders

• Support UAT, integration testing, deployment and continuous improvement

• Participate in business workshops as a core part of delivery

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects

• Strong background in financial services or electronic banking

• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis

• Very strong UML and BPMN skills with practical use of CASE tools (ideally Enterprise Architect)

• Good SQL knowledge and experience in system modelling

• Ability to coordinate work across multiple dependent teams

• Fluent Polish and English for professional collaboration

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
