Support the design and enhancement of GRC functionalities across areas such as risk management, internal controls, assurance frameworks, and compliance (including ICOFR / ICSR).
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to clarify requirements, map processes, and define desired outcomes.
Define, review, and support system integrations with upstream and downstream financial systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data flows.
Act as a central link between business teams, audit and compliance functions, and IT, ensuring shared understanding and coordinated delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating system behavior, and confirming compliance with documented requirements.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, or inefficiencies, and support the design of improved risk and control frameworks.
Document business processes, risk and control mappings, workflow logic, and system functionalities in a clear and structured format.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business concepts into structured requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non‑technical teams.
High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability in delivering high‑quality documentation and solutions.
