We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive innovation in AI-driven projects.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve real-world business problems
• Design and deploy end-to-end ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation
• Work with large-scale datasets, performing data wrangling, transformation, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into business processes
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices for scalable deployment
• Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive continuous innovation

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with a proven track record of applying ML techniques to real-world challenges
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML solutions at scale
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative AI-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Polish
