Do you enjoy leading international stakeholders through high-pressure cut-overs, tight governance, and zero-downtime expectations? Join a strategic Data Centre Migration Programme in the payments domain, based onsite in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical workstreams within a large-scale Data Centre Migration Programme, covering full project lifecycle from initiation to closure

• Own and maintain the programme plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and executive-level reporting

• Coordinate cross-functional, multi-country teams across infrastructure, network, security, and application streams - managing dependencies end-to-end

• Run governance routines and stakeholder communication, including Steering Committee updates and escalation of blockers

• Enforce change control, cut-over run-books, dress rehearsals, and rollback planning to minimise downtime and ensure service acceptance

• Manage resourcing and supplier delivery, ensuring high-quality output, documentation, and delivery transparency

• Ensure compliance alignment for payment systems and regulated environments (including PCI DSS and GDPR where applicable)

• Use delivery and governance tooling such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity, and enterprise CMDBs

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure and transformation programmes (preferably in financial services, insurance, or consulting)

• Proven experience in data centre migration and/or large-scale infrastructure relocation, with hands-on delivery oversight

• Strong understanding of SDLC and infrastructure project lifecycle, plus ability to bridge infrastructure and software workstreams

• Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives in matrix organisations with international stakeholders

• Confidence working with technical teams across disciplines (network, data centre, security, DevOps, cloud, Java, databases)

• Excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking, and structured problem solving under pressure

• Fluent English (daily work with global teams)

• Strong command of project delivery tools: MS Project, Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence

• Onsite availability in Warsaw
