We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to strengthen our client’s hybrid infrastructure team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain hybrid infrastructure supporting multiple payment platforms

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux (primarily) and Windows systems across cloud and on-premises environments

• Manage system patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and monitoring

• Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of mission-critical platforms

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and problem resolution

• Contribute to continuous improvement, automatio and documentation practices

• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to test and adopt new technologies

• Join the on-call rotation for 24/7 support of critical systems

What we are looking for:

• Strong Linux administration background (Windows knowledge a plus)

• Hands-on experience supporting infrastructure in production environments (AWS, GCP)

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with patching, lifecycle management, and monitoring tools

Nice to have:

• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)

• Background in regulated or PCI-compliant environments

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management
