We're expanding our recruitment team with a role tailored for the AI-native generation - a recruiter who knows how to hire in tech and leverages AI tools as core infrastructure, not novelty.

Your responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech consulting roles
• Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) for candidate screening, copywriting, outreach personalization, process automation, and internal enablement (e.g., sharing prompt libraries, supporting less AI-savvy team members)
• Interview candidates and assess technical + interpersonal fit
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and sales teams to understand hiring needs
• Optimize workflows using ATS (Zoho Recruit) and other AI-native productivity tools

Apply if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in professional workflows
• Output-oriented mindset, high agency, low hand-holding tolerance

Nice to have: operational familiarity with common IT stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)
