About the Role

We are seeking a day-to-day recruiter who will also be a driver of AI automation in our recruitment process. You will combine classic end-to-end recruitment with practical AI integration – using automation to boost efficiency, scale candidate sourcing, and enhance the candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding tech candidates
2. Build and maintain talent pools through direct search and networking
3. Run employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
4. Actively use AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, CV screening, communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up
5. Identify and test new tools that can automate or enhance recruiter workflows
6. Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong pipelines
7. Track key recruitment metrics and drive improvements using data and automation

1. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude – for automated candidate communication and email drafting
2. HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut – for AI-powered sourcing and talent mapping
3. Loxo, Eightfold, Beamery – for automated pipeline management and candidate engagement
4. Calendly, Cronofy, GoodTime – for automated interview scheduling
5. Canva, Copy.ai, Jasper – for AI-driven employer branding, job ad creation, and content
6. Zapier, Make (Integromat), Notion AI – for workflow automation and integration

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in IT or tech sectors
2. Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools in recruitment (for sourcing, communication, screening, or scheduling)
3. Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Polish
4. Ability to work independently, test new tools, and drive change in recruitment processes
5. Organised, data-driven, and proactive

Nice to Have

1. Previous experience running employer branding or marketing automation campaigns
2. Experience working with international recruitment or remote teams
