For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior AEP Consultant

What we offer:

• Work location: Hybrid work model (2-3 days from the office: Gdańsk/Gdynia

• Rate: up to 150 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)

Your key responsibilities:

• Proactively build connections with internal stakeholders and vendors, and drive necessary conversations to capture information needed for analysis and to suggest solutions. Writing BRD and User Stories.

• Defining the technical solution with Pros and Cons of approaches

• Capable of presenting sophisticated ideas in simple formats that business leaders and non-technical marketers can understand.

• Capable of defining and mapping out complicated data solution needs.

• To make use cases easier to build, complete data analysis, modelling, and mapping.

• Analyze the customer's use case and the data available to prepare for data modelling (i.e. XDM and Field groups) that meets the customer's needs.

• Showcase your AEP expertise by leading/educating others on the functional and technical capabilities

• Close collaboration with technical teams

• Secure CES business continuity and executions on schedule

• Improvements and requested amendments to customer selection

• Continues work on Qualtrics and XM Data Mart

Must have skills:

• Adobe Experience Platform,

• Customer segmentation,

• Adobe Journey Optimizer,

• Java Script,

• Postman,

• Rest API,

• SQL,

• Kafka

• Campaign management,

• Marketing Automation

• Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to have skills:

• Data Collection Strategy.

• Identifying and assisting in the resolution of technical issues.

• Real-Time CDP.

• Working knowledge of databases, such as SQL.

• Data Modeling and Customer Profile Experience.

• Enhance AEP by extending frameworks and introducing new concepts.

• Good Knowledge of AEP, Adobe IO and integration with Adobe experience cloud products

• A subject matter expert on all aspects of AEP or any CDP.

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• AEP/AJO Certification

• Hands on expertise in any Campaign Management Tool

• Experience with online survey tools is beneficial (e.g. Qualtrics).
