We are currently looking for aRequirements

• Application Packaging - Proven experience with application packaging - Must Have

• Installation Processes - Solid knowledge of installation processes, silent switches, dependencies - Must Have

• Communication - Strong communication to liaise between ITAM and Project Apps teams - Must Have

• ServiceNow - Experience with ServiceNow for requests/workflows - Must Have

• Licensing Basics - Understanding of software licensing (to work with ITAM output) - Must Have

• Engineering Software - Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam, Bentley or similar Nice to Have

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years experience in Licensing / Software Asset Management

• ServiceNow experience (requests, workflows)

• Application packaging knowledge

• Understanding of software licensing models

• Experience with engineering software (Autodesk, Bluebeam, Bentley) is a plus
